Return Policy

All items are final sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes made-to-order items, in-stock items, sample sale items, sale items, and any other items. Please get in touch before placing your order with any questions.

Defective Items

We take quality control seriously and inspect all orders. If you received a defective item, or the wrong item, please email hello@amandajamesbridal.com within 24 hours of delivery of your package. We will do our best to rectify the situation. If you are picking up your order, please inspect it closely before leaving.

Prizes / Giveaways

Prizes / Giveaways are not eligible for return or exchange. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
